Duplicate statement issuance: deposit office may issue duplicates on application for lost or destroyed acknowledgements or statements. Where the acknowledgement or statement of account under the Site Restoration Fund Scheme, 1999 is lost or destroyed, the deposit office may, on an application made to it, issue a duplicate thereof, providing an administrative replacement of the lost transactional document without reopening substantive account particulars.
