Deposit under Site Restoration Fund Scheme must be in Indian rupees from business profits, payable lump sum or in instalments. Deposits under section 33ABA pursuant to the Site Restoration Fund Scheme, 1999 must be made in Indian rupees from profits of the specified business, may be paid either in one lump sum or by instalments subject to limits within each financial year, and the account shall be maintained in Indian rupees.
