of <h1>Provident Fund Laws Amendment Ordinance Repealed: Prior Actions Validated Under Existing Statutory Provisions</h1> The Labour Provident Fund Laws (Amendment) Ordinance of 1976 is repealed. Despite the repeal, all actions taken under the Coal Mines Provident Fund Act, Employees' Provident Funds Act, Wealth-tax Act, and Income-tax Act remain valid and are deemed to have been done under the corresponding amended provisions of this Act.
