Scope of provident fund schemes expanded to include insurance scheme, extending fund references to an insurance fund.

The amendment substitutes, within clause (a) of section 8, each occurrence of "Scheme" with "Scheme or the Insurance Scheme" and each occurrence of "the Fund" with "the Fund or, as the case may be, the Insurance Fund," thereby extending the clause's references and application to an Insurance Scheme and an Insurance Fund.
