<h1>On-arrival movement under bond lets authorised importer premises receive sealed goods, examined and cleared for consumption or warehousing.</h1> Regulation 7 allows movement of goods to Authorised Importer Premises on bond with a secured seal unless the Commissioner permits otherwise; the bond officer may examine arrivals and report electronically to the Port of Import; importers may submit documents or respond to queries during clearance or removal; upon completion of formalities the proper officer may clear goods for home consumption or permit removal for warehousing.
