of <h1>Violating Customs Regulations 2025 incurs penalties under clause (ii) of subsection (2) of section 158.</h1> If an Authorized Importer or any individual violates or assists in violating the provisions of the Customs (On-Arrival Movement for Storage and Clearance at Authorized Importer Premises) Regulations, 2025, or fails to comply with these regulations, they will incur a penalty as specified under clause (ii) of subsection (2) of section 158. This penalty is in addition to any other legal actions that may be pursued under the Act, associated rules, regulations, or any other applicable laws.
