Exclusion of judicial restraint period: accumulated income period excludes time when court orders prevented its application. The amendment to section 11(2) provides that in computing the ten-year accumulation period under clause (a), the period during which the income could not be applied for its intended purpose due to a court order or injunction shall be excluded, and that this proviso is deemed always to have been inserted.
