of <h1>CCI Establishes 2009 Regulations for Business Meetings Under Section 64 and Section 22(1) of Competition Act, 2002.</h1> The Competition Commission of India (CCI) established the Meeting for Transaction of Business Regulations, 2009, under the authority granted by section 64 and sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Competition Act, 2002. These regulations, identified as No. 3 of 2009, were officially notified on May 21, 2009, in New Delhi. They are intended to govern the conduct of meetings for transacting business by the CCI and became effective upon their publication in the Official Gazette.
