of <h1>Regulation 12 mandates Secretary to log penalty recovery within 5 days and report progress monthly to Commission.</h1> Regulation 12 of the CCI (Manner Of Recovery Of Monetary Penalty) Regulations, 2011, mandates that upon receiving an intimation of penalty recovery from the Tax Recovery Officer, the Secretary must ensure its entry into the penalty recovery register within five days. The Secretary is also required to review and obtain a quarterly progress report on the recovery efforts from the Tax Recovery Officer and present the progress to the Commission monthly. This regulation ensures systematic tracking and reporting of penalty recoveries by the Competition Commission.
