of <h1>President Empowered to Resolve Implementation Issues Under Section 103 of Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019</h1> Section 103 of the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019 grants the President the authority to address any difficulties in implementing the Act's provisions. The President can issue orders deemed necessary or expedient to resolve such issues, provided these orders are consistent with the Act. This power is limited to a period of five years from the appointed day. Additionally, any order made under this section must be presented before both Houses of Parliament.
