of <h1>Pleaders from former Jammu & Kashmir can practice in subordinate courts for one year post-reorganization, per 2019 Act.</h1> Any person enrolled as a pleader entitled to practice in subordinate courts in the former State of Jammu and Kashmir, as of the day before the appointed date under the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act, 2019, retains the right to practice in those courts for one year. This right persists even if the jurisdiction of these courts has been transferred to any Union territories.
