Appeals under section 246: e Appeals Scheme covers persons, incomes and cases within the statute, excluding specified exceptions. The e Appeals Scheme applies to appeals concerning persons or classes of persons, incomes or classes of incomes, and cases or classes of cases covered by the statutory appeals provision corresponding to section 246, except for cases excluded under the subsection that disqualifies certain appeals from that provision.
