Gold bond subscription procedure: PAN mandatory and applications require specified forms; incomplete applications may be rejected. Applicants must apply at a Receiving Office in Form A (or equivalent) stating grams of gold, full name and address, and providing documents and particulars specified in the application instructions. The application must be accompanied by the PAN Number issued by the Income Tax Department. The Receiving Office shall issue an acknowledgment receipt in Form B if all requirements are fulfilled. Incomplete applications are liable to be rejected.
