of <h1>Exporters Must Keep Electronic Declarations & Documents for 5 Years Under Regulation 8 of 2022 Postal Export Rules</h1> The Postal Export (Electronic Declaration and Processing) Regulations, 2022, under Regulation 8, mandates that exporters or their authorized agents must retain a copy of the electronic declaration and all supporting documents for five years from the filing date on the PBE Automated System. These documents must be available for presentation to Customs if required for any actions or proceedings under the relevant Act or any other applicable law.
