of <h1>Regulation 11 allows penalties on aircraft operators for non-compliance, fines range from 25,000 to 50,000 per violation.</h1> Regulation 11 of the Passenger Name Record Information Regulations, 2022, authorizes the Principal Additional Director General or Additional Director General of the National Customs Targeting Centre-Passenger to impose penalties on aircraft operators or their authorized agents for non-compliance with the regulations. The penalty ranges from a minimum of twenty-five thousand rupees to a maximum of fifty thousand rupees for each violation. This penalty is in addition to any other legal actions that may be taken under the current law or the Act.
