Passenger name record transmission requires aircraft operators to securely provide prescribed data before departure and at wheels-off.

Aircraft operators must transmit passenger name record information collected in the ordinary course of business to designated Customs systems through the push method using PNRGOV EDIFACT format. Code-sharing aircraft operators must also transfer the prescribed information. In case of technical failure, information may be sent by an alternative secure means as directed by the National Customs Targeting Centre-Passenger. Transmission is required no later than twenty-four hours before departure and again at wheels-off departure time.
