Application of provisions of the Act ensures statutory appeal procedures govern faceless appeals unless the Scheme provides otherwise. Except as otherwise provided in the Faceless Appeal Scheme, the provisions of the Act, including specified clauses, sections and chapters, shall apply to the procedure for disposal of appeals by the Commissioner (Appeals).
