Deemed invalidation renewal: Authorised courier registration renewed by submitting prescribed Form K with disclosures and declaration. Renewal of a deemed invalidated Authorised Courier registration is made by submitting Form K with registration and operational particulars, confirmation of payment of dues, status of bond and security under regulation 11, any changes in ownership or other particulars, disclosure of penalisation or prosecution, and the reason for renewal. The authorised signatory must declare the truth of particulars, agree to abide by the 2010 Regulations, undertake to notify changes within thirty days, and enclose a copy of the registration.
