Courier Export Manifest obligations require electronic filing of shipment, transport, consignor/consignee and value details with a courier declaration. The regulations require electronic submission of the Courier Export Manifest (CEM-I), obliging the authorised courier to provide courier registration and export manifest identifiers, airline, flight and airport details, consignment MAWB/HAWB, package counts, weights, description of goods, consignor and consignee particulars, and value for each shipment, together with a signed declaration certifying completeness and correctness of the information and accompanying documents.
