Annual report on capacity building of independent directors must be sent to listed individuals and their companies within 60 days.

The institute must, within sixty days from the end of each financial year, send an annual report on the capacity building of independent directors to every individual listed in the independent directors databank and to every company in which such individual is appointed, in the format provided in the Schedule to the Rules.
