Regulatory repeal and savings preserve prior delisting actions under corresponding new provisions while protecting accrued rights. The 2009 Delisting Regulations are repealed on commencement of the 2021 Regulations, but transitional savings treat prior actions - including approvals, exemptions, fee collections, adjudications, enquiries, investigations and show cause notices - as done under corresponding provisions of the new regulations; accrued rights, obligations, liabilities and ongoing proceedings remain unaffected. Delisting offers with prior public announcements must be continued and completed under the repealed regulations, and later references to the repealed regulations in Board instruments are to be read as references to the corresponding provisions of the 2021 Regulations.
