        Suspension of benefits: Commissioner may suspend customs benefits for non compliance or incorrect documents, with right to be heard. The Commissioner of Customs may suspend any or all customs benefits when a person fails to comply with identity verification requirements or submits incorrect documents or information, based on reasons recorded in the Customs Automated System and with notice to the affected person.
