Scope of penalty under faceless scheme: Board may designate territories, persons, incomes or case-classes for application. The Scheme authorises the Board to specify the scope for imposition of penalties under the faceless framework by designating territorial areas, persons or classes of persons, types or classes of income, cases or classes of cases, or penalties or classes of penalties to which the Scheme applies.
