Creditor application for guarantor bankruptcy requires Form B, prescribed fee and immediate service to guarantor and corporate debtor. Rule 7 requires that a creditor's application under section 123 be submitted in Form B with payment of the prescribed fee, that a copy of the application be served immediately on the personal guarantor and the corporate debtor, and that joint applicants may nominate one creditor to act on behalf of all.
