<h1>Certificates for Association Registration under Sections 14A(b) and 14B Must Use Forms B and F Respectively</h1> The Forward Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1954, specify that a certificate of registration for an association, as per Section 14A(b) of the Act, must be issued in Form B, while a certificate under Section 14B must be in Form F. Each certificate must include any conditions applicable to its issuance. These provisions were updated by a substitution made on October 27, 1961.
