          <h1>Documents to be filed: application must include association rules, fee receipts and required particulars under Form A.</h1> Rule requires that every application be accompanied by three copies of the association's rules and bye laws and the receipt from the Government treasury or, as applicable, the State Bank of India, the Reserve Bank of India, a demand draft on the State Bank of India, or an Indian postal order evidencing payment of the fee, and must contain the clear particulars specified in the annexure to Form A.
