Transitional treatment for delisting proposals: prior acts remain under old guidelines; pending offers proceed under updated regulations. Regulation 31 sets transitional rules: acts, omissions, rights, obligations and liabilities under the 2003 Delisting Guidelines before commencement of the 2009 Regulations remain governed by the 2003 Guidelines; delisting proposals begun before commencement but lacking an offer price determined under regulation 15(1) are to proceed under the 2009 Regulations as amended; and exit opportunities already completed or initiated but not completed under the 2003 Guidelines must be completed and the resultant delisting applications processed under those Guidelines.
