of <h1>SEBI Rules 1992: Chairman and Members Eligible for Allowances at Group 'A' Officer Rates</h1> The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Rules, 1992, specify that the Chairman and whole-time Members who choose the pay scale equivalent to a Secretary or Additional Secretary to the Government of India are entitled to receive Dearness Allowance and City Compensatory Allowance. These allowances are provided at the rates applicable to a Group 'A' Officer of the Central Government.
