Public announcement requirement: insolvency professionals must issue Form A, publish and host notice and state claim submission deadline. An interim resolution professional must make a public announcement immediately on appointment (within three days) in Form A; publish it in one English and one regional newspaper at the corporate debtor's registered and principal office locations and other material business locations; host it on the corporate debtor's website and any Board-designated website; and state the last date for submission of proofs of claim (ten days from appointment). The applicant bears announcement expenses, which may be reimbursed if ratified by the committee, and such expenses are excluded from fast track process costs.
