The regulation defines fast track process costs to include interim finance and its raising costs, fees payable to the resolution professional, costs for running the corporate debtor as a going concern, Government facilitation costs, amounts due to suppliers of essential goods and services, claims prejudicially affected by the moratorium, ratified interim resolution professional expenses, expenses fixed for the resolution professional, and other committee approved costs directly relating to the fast track process.
