of <h1>Voluntary company winding up proceedings continue under the Act if unresolved since April 1, 2017, per amended rules.</h1> All proceedings related to the voluntary winding up of a company, where a resolution notice has been advertised under section 485(1) of the Act but the company remains undissolved as of April 1, 2017, will continue under the Act's provisions. Previously, such proceedings pending before a High Court were to be handled by the High Court as per the Act. This rule was amended on June 29, 2017, to reflect the current process.
