          <h1>Possession after confirmed attachment: Director must promptly take control of attached or frozen property under prescribed rules.</h1> Where a provisional attachment under section 5(1) or an order for retention of seized or frozen property or records under sections 17 or 18 is confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority under section 8(3), the Director or an authorised officer shall forthwith take possession of the property or records in the manner prescribed by these Rules.
