Authority's power to regulate procedure now includes power to stay recovery of demands under Chapter VI of the Act. The provision vests the Authority with broad power to regulate its own procedure in all matters arising under the Act, subject to the Chapter's provisions, and expressly includes the capacity to order a stay of recovery of any demand arising under the Act; the wording was substituted to clarify this extension of procedural competence.
