Additionally, the Board can delegate authority to a Principal Chief Commissioner, Chief Commissioner, Principal Commissioner, Commissioner, or an Additional, Joint, Deputy, or Assistant Commissioner of Central Goods and Services Tax to appoint officers below the rank of Assistant Commissioner for the Integrated Goods and Services Tax.
