of <h1>Public warehouses under section 57 before Finance Act 2016 remain valid if they meet criteria in regulations 3 and 4.</h1> A public warehouse designated under section 57 before the Finance Act, 2016, remains valid under the Public Warehouse Licensing Regulations, 2016. This validity is contingent upon the warehouse meeting the criteria outlined in clause (b) and clause (c) of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 3, as well as the conditions specified in regulation 4. These requirements must be fulfilled within three months from the commencement date of these regulations.
