<h1>Submit Excise Act Section 32E Application Using Prescribed Form; Ensure Proper Signatures and Pay 1000 Fee in Quintuplicate.</h1> An application to the Customs and Central Excise Settlement Commission under section 32E of the Central Excise Act, 1944, must be submitted using the prescribed form. The application, verification, and accompanying documents must be signed by the appropriate representative: the individual, their authorized representative, or guardian; the Karta or an adult family member for a Hindu undivided family; the principal officer for a company or local authority; a partner for a firm; a member or principal officer for an association; or a competent person for others. Applications must be submitted in quintuplicate with a fee of one thousand rupees.
