of <h1>Foreign Exporters Must Receive Full Payment Within Specified Timeframe or Face Potential Regulatory Actions Under Regulation 14</h1> Regulation 14 of the Foreign Exchange Management (Export of Goods and Services) Regulations, 2015 addresses delays in payment for exported goods or software. The Reserve Bank may issue directions to ensure payment or sale of goods, or reimportation, if the specified payment period expires without receipt of payment. Failure to receive directions does not exempt the exporter from potential consequences of non-compliance with payment regulations.
