Refund forms must be simple and electronic to facilitate GST refund claims, orders, and adjustment summaries. Refund forms for the GST refund process must be simple to complete, user-friendly, and provided in electronic format. Electronic versions are required for the Refund Claim, Refund Order and the Reduction/Adjustment summary, with form templates enclosed in Annexures IV-VII to this document.
