<h1>Understanding Rule 7: Goods Classified as Wholly Produced or Obtained Under Trade Preferences Agreement for Developing Nations.</h1> Rule 7 of the Customs Tariff Rules, 1989, defines goods considered wholly produced or obtained in an exporting participant under the Agreement on Global System of Trade Preferences among Developing Countries. These include raw or mineral products from the soil, water, or seabeds; agricultural products; animals born and raised there; products from such animals; hunted or fished products; sea fishing products by its vessels; products processed on factory ships; used articles for raw material recovery; waste and scrap from manufacturing; and goods produced exclusively from these items.
