Transportation through foreign territory: rules apply to goods moved between parts of India via a route passing through another country. Regulation 2 provides that the Transportation of Goods (Through Foreign Territory) Regulations, 1965, apply to goods, imported or indigenous, transported from one part of India to another by a route that lies partly over foreign territory.
