of <h1>New Companies Rules 2014 Replace 1956 Rules, Effective Upon Gazette Publication, Under Companies Act 2013.</h1> The Companies (Miscellaneous) Rules, 2014, are established by the Central Government under the authority of specific sections of the Companies Act, 2013. These rules replace the Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956, and any other rules under the Companies Act, 1956, except for actions completed or omitted prior to this replacement. The rules will be effective from the date they are published in the Official Gazette.
