The statement containing the salient features of the financial statements of a company's subsidiaries, associate companies and joint ventures, required under the relevant proviso on consolidated reporting, shall be filed in the prescribed electronic format designated as e-Form AOC-1, reflecting a rule amendment substituting the prior form designation with the mandatory electronic form.
