        Compliance report requirement: companies must file certified cost-accountant reports with annexure in specified form annually. Companies subject to these Rules must submit a compliance report for each financial year commencing on or after the notification date, in the specified form, duly certified by a Cost Accountant and submitted to the Central Government with the prescribed Annexure.
