Compliance report requirement requires companies to file annually certified reports by a Cost Accountant with annexure to government. Every company to which these rules apply must submit a compliance report for each financial year commencing on or after the notification date, duly certified by a Cost Accountant, and furnished to the Central Government along with the prescribed Annexure in the specified form.
