Cargo manifest requirements: separate sheets by cargo category and mandatory separate sheets for arms, explosives, narcotics, and gold. Cargo manifests must be delivered in separate sheets for cargo shipped, cargo transhipped, same bottom cargo, and cargo for which drawback is claimed. Declarations for arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, dangerous drugs and gold must be furnished on separate sheets and set out in the order of ports of loading; if none are carried a nil declaration must be furnished.
