These manifests should be electronically transmitted to Indian Customs using specified formats. If electronic submission is not possible, an alternative method acceptable to the Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs may be used. Any amendments to the manifest must be sent to Indian Customs promptly and before the flight's departure.
