It does not cover the filing of Form No. 5 related to increasing a company's authorized capital, which requires specific interest payments for delays and approvals from the Company Law Board or Central Government. However, the scheme applies to intimations submitted to the Registrar of Companies with prescribed fees where no specific form is required. Additionally, the scheme does not apply to non-compliance cases where the penalty is solely imprisonment.
