of <h1>Committee Permits Travel Allowances for Members; Recommends Expert Appointments and Auditor Appointments Under IEPF Rules 2001</h1> The Committee under the Companies Law and the Investor Education and Protection Fund Rules, 2001, allows official members to receive travel allowances per their official regulations. Non-official members or special invitees are entitled to travel and daily allowances based on Central Government supplementary rules. The Committee is empowered to recommend the appointment and remuneration of experts as needed and can also recommend the appointment of auditors to scrutinize the accounts of registered voluntary agencies.
