<h1>Rule 11: Business List Must Be Sent 7 Days Before Meeting, Chairperson Can Approve Unlisted Items.</h1> Rule 11 of the Companies Law under the Investor Education and Protection Fund (Awareness and Protection of Investors) Rules, 2001 mandates that a list of business to be discussed must be sent to committee or sub-committee members at least seven days before a meeting, excluding certain exceptions. Any business not listed cannot be discussed without the Chairperson's approval.
