of <h1>Appeal to Appellate Tribunal under Customs (Appeals) Rules, 1982 requires Form C.A.-5 in quadruplicate with certified copies.</h1> An appeal or application to the Appellate Tribunal under the Customs (Appeals) Rules, 1982, must be submitted using Form No. C.A.-5. This submission should be made in quadruplicate and must include copies of the relevant decision or order, with at least one certified copy. The documents should originate from either the Appellate Commissioner of Customs or the Commissioner (Appeals) and must include a copy of the order from the Committee of Commissioners of Customs or the Principal Chief Commissioner of Customs, as applicable, under the relevant sections of the Act.
